ABOUT US
Josh Price is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has close
to ten years' experience assisting a wide range of owner-managed businesses, including those
operating in the construction, retail, property, haulage and I.T. Industries.
As well as having worked in public practice for a number of years, for some of the largest firms
in the UK, Josh has also previously worked as a Financial Controller , heading up the finance team of
a large property development and investment company, with assets in excess of £200m and annual
rental income from blue-chip tenants of over £11m. This experience has given Josh a keen commercial
awareness that many accountants who have exclusively worked in public practice simply do not have.
Josh has particular expertise advising on:
- Tax-efficient business structures
- Remuneration planning
- Profit extraction and exit strategies
- Incorporation advice for new and existing businesses
Away from work, Josh enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife Dannielle and young son
Charlie and is also a keen football and sports enthusiast.
